Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Director, Clinic Operations and is part of the Clinical Team at OneOncology. This individual provides clinical and operational guidance across multiple oncology practices to support the delivery and high-quality, efficient, standardized workflows. This role partners with practice leadership, physicians, pharmacy teams, and corporate departments to optimize clinical workflows, infusion operations, quality programs and regulatory compliance. This position serves as a subject matter expert in oncology nursing and ambulatory outpatient practice while driving operational improvements, standardization of best practices and performance across the organization.
This position is available in Nashville, TN or may work remotely if near a major airport.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Operations:
Provide operational support and guidance to oncology clinics and infusion centers across multiple practice locations.
Evaluate clinical workflows as needed and implement standardized processes to improve patient care, safety and efficiency.
Support clinics and infusion leadership with operation challenges and patient flow optimizations.
Assist practices with implementation of new clinical programs, services and operational initiatives.
Infusion Services Optimization:
Support infusion center operations including chair utilization, scheduling efficiency, and staffing models.
Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to optimize infusion workflows and medication administration process.
Assist with the evaluation and implementation of infusion related equipment and technologies.
Quality and Performance Improvement:
Collaboration with quality team to support practices with quality metrics, regulatory programs and operational benchmarks.
Assist with initiatives related to quality reporting, patient safety and clinical documentation standards.
Work with clinical and operational leaders to promote evidence-based oncology nursing practice.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partners with corporate teams including pharmacy, revenue cycle management, information technology teams, compliance and quality teams.
Practice Support and Engagement:
Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and practice teams.
Provide guidance and support to nurse managers and clinic leadership.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration across practices to promote operational excellence.
Other Duties:
Provide guidance on implementation and ongoing maintenance of nursing competencies and continuing education programs.
Identify and advise on opportunities for margin improvement.
Perform additional duties and projects assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations.

Required or Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
Current unrevoked/unrestricted RN license in home state.
BSN or Masters prepared RN.
OCN certification preferred.
ONCOEMR experience
Experience in ambulatory oncology or infusion center operations.
Experience working across multiple clinical sites within a healthcare structure preferred.
3 + years management or leadership experience in the outpatient oncology setting.
Experience in identifying process inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence is highly desirable.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel up to 25%.
