Job Description:
As a Sr. Engagement Manager, Real World Solutions, you will play a critical role in advancing OneOncology’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Real-World Data (RWD) capabilities. You will lead end-to-end RWE/RWD engagements leveraging robust EHR data across OneOncology-partner practices to generate actionable clinical and commercial insights for pharmaceutical stakeholders. In this highly consultative role, you will serve as the primary client lead and trusted advisor, partnering directly with pharmaceutical customers and cross-functional internal teams to scope, execute, and deliver high-impact evidence-generation initiatives that address strategic business questions.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, oncology domain knowledge, and the ability to integrate clinical, data science, and business perspectives into clear, actionable recommendations. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach. This position reports to the VP of Life Sciences Data Strategy and supports the continued growth and expansion of Real-World Solutions within OneOncology.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of OneOncology’s real-world data assets, analytical capabilities, and pharmaceutical service offerings, as well as the broader oncology treatment landscape, including standards of care, emerging therapies, clinical guidelines, and competitive dynamics across tumor types.
Lead end-to-end RWE/RWD engagements from initial discovery and feasibility assessment through study design, execution, and final delivery, ensuring methodological rigor, data integrity, and alignment with client objectives.
Serve as the primary client lead and trusted consultative partner, translating business questions into actionable analytic strategies and guiding clients through evidence-generation initiatives that support strategic decision-making.
Oversee pre-sales and scoping activities, including business requirement discovery, feasibility assessments, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination through contracting.
Partner closely with Data & Analytics, Clinical, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution, scientific excellence, and timely delivery of projects.
Develop and deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and data visualizations that clearly communicate complex findings and actionable insights to pharmaceutical stakeholders.
Support scientific dissemination efforts through development of white papers, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication and conference presentation.
Contribute to the growth and evolution of Real-World Solutions by enhancing methodologies, supporting new service development, and articulating the differentiated value of OneOncology’s data to drive customer engagement and account expansion.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization while contributing positively to the culture of OneOncology.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Business, Analytics or related field; advanced or clinical degree (e.g., PharmD) strongly preferred
5-10 years relevant work experience in pharmaceutical industry, health services research, consulting, or related field with demonstrated expertise in real world evidence and data
Strong experience working with and understanding real world data sources including EMR/EHR, claims data, registries, and other healthcare databases, with familiarity in RWE methodologies & analytical approaches.
Demonstrated expertise in oncology research, analytics, or pharmaceutical strategy, with deep understanding of oncology treatment paradigms and disease-specific considerations
Strong consulting skills with ability to manage client relationships, translate business questions into analytical frameworks, and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences, including pharmaceutical stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret and synthesize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Prior experience managing client-facing projects from scoping through delivery, including experience with proposal development, contracting, and project management
Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers and customers
Experience developing client-ready deliverables such as project reports, presentations, slide decks, and scientific publications
Familiarity with analytical approaches and methodologies used in RWE/RWD research
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes preferred
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, personal initiative, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
