Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Manager will report to OneOncology’s Director, Accounts Payable. The position is responsible to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving invoices, processing, verification and reconciling accounts according to the established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Supervise the accounts payable process at the corporate and practice level, working closely with accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed accurately & timely
Serve as point of contact for resolution of all invoice discrepancies, ensuring practices remain in good standing with vendors
Collaborate with management to ensure proper approvals are obtained timely
Maintain AP aging schedule and process payment runs in accordance with company policy
Work the error reconciliation report for payment
Maintain vendor setup, ensuring all proper documentation is received and maintained
Process annual 1099 reporting
Assist and ensure successful quarterly and year-end audits as it relates to accounts payable
Participate in any other projects as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Accounts Payable experience (shared service or multi-location preferred)
Healthcare experience a plus
Experience with Workday Financials a plus
Independent worker who can adapt to change quickly
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
Ability to help standardize processes while maintaining great customer service
Can prioritize, able to multi-task, bring solutions to the table and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
BS/BA in a business-related field required
