Job Description:
The HCM Analyst will report to OneOncology’s Director, HRIS. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Workday HCM end-users and stakeholders, having responsibility for tier 1 support, training, process improvement, configuration and testing.
Responsibilities
Support Tier 1 inquiries including HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Performance, Time and Attendance, and Reporting through inbox and ticket monitoring
Troubleshooting issues with appropriate SME and/or escalate to Tier 2 or 3 for resolution if needed
Develop and configure solutions to meet business needs
Edit, Create, Update Business Processes, other configuration and features across the HCM Module
Perform data analysis and create EIBs as needed to support new practice integrations, data integrity, or other projects
Test new configurations, enhancements, and releases in Workday
Develop and maintain training materials in a centralized location
Conduct training sessions with stakeholders
Participate in change management efforts including training and educating the business on Workday and People team processes
Collaborate with stakeholders and HCM team on enhancements and issues
Create reports and support reporting requests
Develop and conduct data audits
Participate in process optimization and standardization
Act ethically and with integrity when dealing with confidential data and information
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
1-2 year Workday HCM experience as an analyst, required
2+ years of HR experience, required
Experience with HR systems features, configuration, and support, required
Skilled in Excel, Power Point and Word, required
HR certifications (i.e. SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP), a plus
Workday Training courses, or Pro Certifications, a plus
