Job Description:
The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will report to our Manager, Software Engineering. This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions for both front-end and back-end services for projects supporting our revenue control management initiatives. This role requires proficiency in React/Typescript for front end development and Python/Flask and/or .NET for the back end. Responsibilities
Key contributor to the design & development of new features, products, and tools supporting RCM for our clients.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using React/Typescript for the front end and Python/Flask and/or .NET for the back end.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of the application(s), with a strong focus on data integrity.
Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to other developers, and contribute to architectural decisions and documentation.
Integrate third-party APIs and AI tools as necessary.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a full stack software development role.
Strong proficiency with React and Typescript.
Extensive experience with Python and backend frameworks, such as Flask.
Proven experience with .NET (either Framework or Core).
Hands-on experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP (our primary platform is Azure).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience designing and working with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with AI tools & technologies.
Background in health care or revenue management domains.
