Job Description:
The Financial Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director, FP&A. This role will provide critical reporting and FP&A support to the platform and management team. This role will fill a key role within the OneOncology Finance organization, responsible for a wide range of activities to include financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis. They will also support month end close activities. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and strong communication skills. The candidate must be customer centric and be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment where ingenuity, rather than precedence, drives how things should be done.
Responsibilities
Provide Senior leadership with forward-looking information to assist with their decision-making responsibilities
Develop, validate, challenge, and explain key financial trends, indicators and performance
Work with key stakeholders to improve processes and drive productivity initiatives
Support the annual practice budget process as well as monthly tracking of budget initiatives and attainment
Integrate with the practice accounting team to support efficient monthly financials preparation and close, along with development of detailed monthly performance review package for each practice
Development and preparation of organizational and practice-specific monthly forecasts, variance analysis, internal and external financial presentations
Creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly information to the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and operational leadership
Assess need for (and implementation of) financial system reporting tools
Provide other ad-hoc analysis as requested and/or deemed appropriate in support of strategic investments and initiatives
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A organization with a particular focus on streamlining processes
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Qualifications
A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required
Experience working within the healthcare industry, with physician practices, or within a private equity-backed portfolio company strongly preferred
At least 5 years of professional experience
Ability to condense disparate information into a concise message for senior leaders
Energetic, highly motivated and able to work independently
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other planning applications
Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus
This role is located the Nashville office of OneOncology and will be a hybrid role
