Job Description:
The Sr. Manager, Integrations will report to OneOncology’s Vice President, Strategic Operations.
Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Integrations will drive new growth at OneOncology through new practice integrations. This role will manage the transition of independent oncology and multispecialty practices into the OneOncology network as a partner practice or through asset purchase into an already existing OneOncology practice. The role will develop local relationships and use change management techniques to guide practices through an integrations playbook that consists of human capital, finance, legal, supply chain, technology, and clinical tasks. This role will partner and collaborate with the OneOncology operations team, other corporate SMEs, and local practice leaders as point of contact to bring a new practice into the OneOncology network. This position can be officed based in Nashville or remote work locations are acceptable if based near a major US airport.
Responsibilities:
Lead integrations project across the country
Develop operational strategy and best practices for integration efforts with ability to customize as needed
Serve as a relationship manager of practices joining OneOncology during the integrations process
Proactively assess integration process for potential problem areas and develop solutions as needed
Work with Ops Managers and Regional Operations team to identify tasks, assign resources, and manage project plans and checklists to successfully complete tasks to meet agreed upon deadlines. Clearly delineate task predecessors, critical path, and required resources to ensure smooth project progress
Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to build and track project plans
Proactively communication integrations status with key internal and external stakeholders
Partner with business development, legal, and strategic finance teams on key drivers for integrations and operations success
Work closely with vendor partners vital to integration success
Manage team of Integration/Operations Managers to support all growth execution initiatives
Focused attention to develop implementation strategies across multiple specialties within the OneOncology network
Develop urology integration plans with Urology SMEs
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
Qualifications/Competencies:
Ability to effectively manage shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment
Experience in healthcare integrations a plus
4+ years’ experience with integrations role or managing projects
Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening)
Must be meticulous, own key tasks, manage moderately complex problems, require minimal direction and be able to work within a team setting.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer Service mindset
OncoEMR experience
Ability to travel up to 50% and work nights and weekends as needed
