Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled product marketer to drive product marketing programs and tactics that communicate the benefits, features, and value of our products and services to our various customers. The Product Marketing Manager is the strategic intersection between our sales and product teams. As a key member of the Product team, you will play a critical role in driving the acquisition, engagement, and retention of cancer clinics and patients across Navigating Cancer’s product suite. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer who is passionate about serving patients, care providers and partners and delivering business performance. This a contract role for approximately 5 months/20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Manage product marketing activities across Navigating Cancer’s product and service offerings
Partner with product managers in the launch new products, including the development and execution of launch plans
Work closely with product, sales, and services teams to gather information about and understand the market needs for the product
Develop and execute on marketing campaigns, including the writing and producing of various types of content such as sales sheets, blog posts, presentations and webinars, to support sales enablement
Conduct internal and external customer trainings and create collateral to support successful training (overview documents, presentations, FAQs, etc.).
Manage the product pages of our website
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience in related roles
Strong understanding of the healthcare business model across the continuum of care
Enjoys taking complex concepts and distilling them into simple terms
Highly self-directed and comfortable taking the initiative
Able to embrace a fast-paced environment and evolve with a rapidly changing market
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to sell
Strong commitment to the vision and mission of Navigating Cancer
Startup experience a major plus
