Recruiting Assistant

At One to One Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through strong partnerships and exceptional people. We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support our talent acquisition efforts by helping identify and engage top talent across our growing organization.

Position Summary
The Recruiting Assistant supports the talent acquisition specialist by coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience. This role is administrative and operational, with significant interaction across candidates, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete initial phone screens with qualified candidates
• Provide feedback to TAS and hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring teams if needed
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy and status updates
• Manage job openings across job boards and internal platforms for assigned requisitions
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
• Prepare interview materials and assist with onboarding documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1+ year administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to follow established processes and workflows
• Familiarity with employment compliance and hiring practices is a plus
• Exposure to HRIS's, HR analytics, or reporting tools preferred
• Ability to learn and navigate required technology and tools required.
