Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions (exercise, manual therapy, modalities)
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans based on clinical response
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
  • Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Active state PT license (or eligibility)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
