Position Summary

The Implementation Coordinator supports successful clinic launches, takeovers, and phased service expansions by managing key execution activities related to vendor setup, equipment and supply ordering, clinic setup coordination, and launch logistics. This role helps ensure clinics are operationally prepared for go-live by driving follow-through on site setup tasks, maintaining implementation documentation, and supporting execution across multiple concurrent implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor account setup and related administrative activities required for implementation
  • Manage supply ordering and equipment ordering in support of clinic launch readiness
  • Support onsite clinic setup coordination, including physical and site setup tasks required for go-live
  • Track and support completion of launch logistics and execution-related activities across assigned implementations
  • Maintain implementation documentation and provide meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tracking
  • Monitor shipments and deliveries to help ensure equipment and supplies are available for onsite clinic setup
  • Support launch preparation and immediate post-launch execution needs
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen setup, ordering, and launch execution workflows

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or onsite clinic industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and technology systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of worked time
