One to One Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas!

This role is central to delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services as part of a collaborative care team. The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, support functional recovery, and improve patient outcomes. The position requires strong clinical awareness, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based practice in a dynamic environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, functional mobility training, and manual techniques within scope of practice.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress, concerns, or changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises, safety techniques, and wellness strategies as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team to support coordinated patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of employment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
