HR Intern

One to One Health is looking for a seasonal intern to join our People team during the summer months!

The People Intern provides general support to the People team, with an emphasis on recruitment-related activities. This role offers exposure to basic People functions and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings and reviewing applications
• Support scheduling and coordination of interviews
• Help maintain candidate records and general HR documentation
• Communicate with applicants regarding next steps as needed
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with various HR projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
• Able to follow established workflows
• Interest in Human Resources or business operations
