Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, growth-minded leader to help us shape the future of healthcare. As Vice President of Growth, you will be a driving force behind One to One Health’s national expansion… building strategic partnerships, unlocking new markets, and delivering transformative solutions that improve outcomes while reducing costs.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role for a proven relationship-builder and business developer. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with top consultants, national employers, and key decision-makers, guiding them from first conversation through successful implementation and long-term renewal.

What You’ll Do:
Growth & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and manage high-impact broker, consultant, and channel relationships to expand our national reach.
- Develop new vertical market opportunities (health systems, TPAs, captives, higher ed, etc.).
- Lead the full sales cycle and position One to One Health as the preferred partner for workforce health, cost containment, and innovation.
Client Success & Retention
- Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new employer clients.
- Serve as a strategic advisor post-launch to maximize impact and identify upsell opportunities.
- Drive renewal success through proactive engagement and solution expansion.
Collaboration & Market Insight
- Work cross-functionally to align client needs with operational execution.
- Provide market intelligence to shape product, pricing, and service strategies.
Performance & Brand Leadership
- Track and report KPIs, pipeline health, and channel performance.
- Contribute to revenue planning and forecasting.
- Represent the brand at industry events as a thought leader and ambassador.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, client partnerships, or strategic growth roles in healthcare, health tech, or employer benefits.
- Deep understanding of the broker/consultant landscape and employer health benefit buying cycles.
- Track record of driving revenue growth through complex B2B sales, ideally in a high-growth or innovative healthcare setting.
- Strategic, confident, and persuasive communicator with strong executive presence.
- Experience supporting client onboarding, implementation, and retention is strongly preferred.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and energized by both strategy and execution.
