Position Overview:

Under the general leadership of the Director of Implementation at One to One Health, the Implementation Coordinator will support the end-to-end process of deploying our onsite clinic services to new client locations and managing the expansion of existing sites. This role requires a strategic leader with a blend of project management, healthcare expertise, and client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will be pivotal part of the Implementation team by contributing knowledge and skills towards a successful setup and launch of our clinics, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of onsite clinic implementation projects.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation as delegated.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinical staff, operations, IT, and facilities management to ensure seamless integration.
  2. Client Relations:
    • Serve as the secondary point of contact or as delegated for clients during the implementation phase.
    • Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates, problem-solving, and addressing any concerns.
  3. Operational Oversight:
    • Aid in the setup of clinic infrastructure, including medical equipment, technology systems, and facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and company policies.
    • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic operations and ensure their adherence according to One to One’s policies and protocols.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Promote a team mentality within existing and new clinic staff during implantation projects.
    • Foster a collaborative environment and promote professional development within interdisciplinary teams.
    • Advocate and indorse One to One’s core mission and belief, “Do Good. Help Others”.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the Director of Implementation to implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Analyze project outcomes and client feedback to refine implementation strategies.
    • Participate in routine follow-ups with newly implemented clients and clinic sites to ensure successful operations and integrations.
    • Assist with training new team members aligning with our clinical training plan and clinical protocols.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
    • As delegated, prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and other relevant information to senior management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or onsite clinic industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and technology systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of worked time
