Description
The Regional Vice President (VP) of Clinical Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight for clinical operations within a designated region. This executive role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant healthcare services. The VP will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve clinical outcomes, and maintain client satisfaction.
Job requirements:
Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance clinical operations and achieve organizational goals.
o Align clinical practices with company objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
o Drive the regional vision and operational excellence in service delivery and patient care.
Operational Oversight:
o Oversee the daily operations of multiple onsite clinics, ensuring consistency and high standards of clinical practice.
o Monitor and optimize clinical workflows, resource allocation, and patient care protocols.
o Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
Team Management:
o Lead and mentor clinical leaders and staff across the region, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
o Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
o Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues related to clinical staff performance.
Quality Improvement:
o Develop and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
o Analyze clinical data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular reviews and updates of clinical protocols.
Client Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, addressing any concerns or feedback related to clinical services.
o Collaborate with clients to tailor services to meet their specific needs and objectives.
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and responsive service.
Financial Management:
o Develop and manage regional budgets for clinical operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
o Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure all clinics operate in compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
o Stay current with changes in healthcare laws and regulations, and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
Reporting and Communication:
o Provide regular reports to senior management on clinical operations, performance metrics, and key issues.
o Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational goals and objectives.
Skills/ Knowledge:
o Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical practices, and quality improvement methodologies.
o Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make strategic decisions.
o Experience with financial management and budget oversight in a healthcare setting.
o Proficiency in relevant software and technology systems.
o Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.

Qualifications
Qualifications/ Experience
o Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required. Advanced degree is preferred.
o Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple locations.
o Proven experience in leading clinical teams and managing complex healthcare operations.
