Position: Clinical Recruiter
Monogram Health is seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Clinical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience while attracting top clinical talent across multiple disciplines, including nurse practitioners, registered nurses, care managers, social workers, and other patient‑facing roles. While the primary focus is clinical recruiting, this position will also flex to support corporate recruiting needs based on business priorities. The Clinical Recruiter reports to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition and requires regular onsite presence in our Brentwood, TN office.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process which includes managing and overseeing day-to-day recruiting activities associated with sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, coordinating and extending job offers
- Review and screen applicants to determine experience, education, applicable licensure/certifications meet or exceed role requirements
- Evaluate candidates against Monogram Health role, responsibilities, and values
- Present qualified candidates to hiring manager for further consideration.
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with business needs
- Establish recruitment networks and actively source candidates through social media, recruitment job boards, colleges and universities, career fairs, and other sources to build and maintain a talent pipeline
- Partner with leaders to identify immediate and future staffing needs, advise on recruitment strategies and tactics, and build qualified talent pool to fill available positions
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to share ideas and provide feedback on successes and opportunities
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical recruiting experience (NP, RN, LPN, MSW, care management, or similar healthcare roles) with ability to adapt to corporate recruiting as business needs arise
- Experience supporting high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
- Interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills across all levels within the company.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite, including Microsoft Excel, or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
