Position: Administrative Coordinator – Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary:

Monogram Health is seeking a market administration coordinator who will be responsible for managing the strategic scheduling needs for field teammates (APPs, RNs, and SWs). This individual will be accountable for utilizing internal tools to identify strategic scheduling opportunity, calling and scheduling patients, creating optimized calendars for field teammates, and ensuring we schedule high impact visits for patients who need it.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage field teammate calendars and identify high impact visits to schedule
  • Call to schedule and reschedule patients when needed
  • Meet daily targets for visits scheduled to ensure maximum utilization of field teammates
  • Communicate and collaborate with Market Leadership to meet needs of the Market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold the mission and values of Monogram Health in all respects

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare administration in a care management, managed care and/or or home health environment are preferred. Must have experience managing multiple calendars and schedules and enjoy calling and engaging with patients
  • Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is desired.
  • Proven accountability for performance outcomes and exceptional organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, specifically for speaking with patients and scheduling
