Position: Campaign Manager – Patient Engagement
Job Summary:
In this role, you will work directly with our Internal partners and clients to lead multi-channel patient engagement strategies and initiatives. You’ll primarily collaborate with the Client Partnerships team and the Provider Partnerships team, but will also work across functions – including marketing, product and the Care Center. You’ll be responsible for managing programs that increase enrollment and retention by making data driven decisions to enhance the patient journey. The role is for someone who doesn’t mind getting into the details, is organized, can handle multiple projects at one time, has a sense of ownership. You have demonstrated success in engaging older adults or underserved populations to take meaningful action — whether in healthcare, service industries, or social services. Experience with Medicaid or Medicare audiences is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns the day-to-day needs of the team when it comes to patient engagement for all clients.
- Liaise with the Client and the Provider Partnership teams to manage any communications going out, including content writing and editing.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage timelines for deliverables, including larger scale engagement projects.
- Organize and manage content storage in SharePoint.
- Centrally managing and owning the deployment and reporting of campaigns across patient populations (i.e. email and SMS outreaches via Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Review outcomes to make data driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with A/B test planning and execution.
- Help brainstorm new ideas for patient engagement.
- Provide backup coverage for Director of Patient Engagement
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 4+ years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, health communication, or similar experience.
- Experience designing tailored, action-oriented communications that use available data (e.g., age, plan type, geography, engagement history).
Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver outstanding results.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs and develop action plans based on these needs.
- Passion for creating high-impact empathetic experiences in complex environments, like healthcare or service industries.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent products is preferred.
