About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Enablement / Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Associate to support pipeline generation, sales execution, and go-to-market operations at Lynx.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales and is focused on enabling revenue growth through better outreach, stronger sales materials, and more effective pipeline execution. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to support top-of-funnel development, sales enablement, and GTM coordination.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable owning execution across outbound strategy, content development, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Revenue Support

  • Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and tailored client presentations
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new sales hires with training materials and resources
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve messaging, positioning, and deal progression
  • Analyze sales calls and feedback using Gong to identify themes, objections, and opportunities to improve performance

Pipeline Generation & Outbound Execution

  • Support top-of-funnel pipeline development aligned to Lynx’s GTM verticals (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, CDH, pharmacy, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Build and execute outbound campaigns including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and coordinated touchpoints
  • Partner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) efforts and target account strategy
  • Track and optimize outreach performance (open rates, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)

GTM Execution & Event Support

  • Support execution of conferences, executive dinners, and field marketing initiatives
  • Manage outreach, list building, and follow-up for events using HubSpot
  • Ensure timely lead capture, CRM hygiene, and post-event reporting
  • Help translate event activity into measurable pipeline outcomes

CRM, Data & Reporting

  • Manage campaign and outreach tracking within HubSpot
  • Maintain accurate pipeline attribution and reporting
  • Analyze performance data to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion
  • Support reporting on key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, meetings, and pipeline contribution

Cross-Functional GTM Alignment

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to align execution to revenue goals
  • Support development of vertical-specific messaging and outreach strategies
  • Contribute to building repeatable GTM processes and playbooks

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales development, growth marketing, or GTM roles
  • Experience supporting outbound pipeline generation and sales teams
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (advanced level) with ability to create executive-ready presentations
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with outbound sequencing and email campaign execution
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, or high-growth startup environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
