We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketplace & Partnerships to own Hint’s partner ecosystem across Marketplace and partnerships programs. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will work extremely closely (dotted line) with the Head of Community to align partner strategy, launches, and ongoing partner motions to Marketplace adoption and community growth.

In this is hands-on individual contributor role, you'll own Hint's Marketplace and partnerships motion growth engine end-to-end — sourcing, solutioning, negotiating, and launching partners across three partner types:

  • application partners (vendors building apps in our platform)

  • integration partners (connected via API)

  • solution partners (DPC-adjacent services like marketing, legal, accounting)

What you'll do:

  • Source and recruit strategic Marketplace partners. Build a prioritized target list, run outbound to decision-makers, and develop a clear POV on which categories drive the most Marketplace value.

  • Own inbound partner engagement. Triage inbound interest, run discovery, evaluate fit, and communicate clear go/park/decline decisions.

  • Solution the right path for each partner. Assess whether a partner belongs as an app, integration, or solution partner, and walk them through what that means technically and commercially. Pull in product or engineering when needed.

  • Negotiate and close agreements. Lead pricing and revenue model conversations (rev share, transaction fees, subscription, referrals) and define launch readiness with each partner.

  • Lead onboarding and launch. Drive cross-functional readiness with product, support, marketing, and GTM. For technical partners, align on scope, milestones, and rollout (beta/staging → production).
  • Build the program. Stand up the SOPs, playbooks, and lightweight reporting that make this motion repeatable and visible to leadership.

What you bring:

    • 5+ years in marketplace, platform partnerships, strategic partnerships, BD, or sales engineering — ideally somewhere you've sat between product and customers

    • Comfortable speaking the language of APIs, integrations, and product systems (you won't code, but you'll need to credibly explain how things fit together)

    • Strong negotiator with a track record of closing partner or platform deals

    • Experience driving cross-functional work across product, engineering, and GTM

    • Excellent communicator; builds structure and documentation as you go

    • Healthcare or health-tech experience preferred; SaaS marketplace or platform experience in an adjacent regulated space (e.g., fintech) also a fit

Nice to have:

    • API/integration partnership experience, including managing partners from staging/beta to production

    • Familiarity with DPC or primary care workflows

    • Experience standing up a partner program from scratch

    • Experience building processes with AI
